Just a hint of a profile is al that The Italian Sea Group is releasing about its latest project. It’s referring to her as the ADM 75m, since she’s a 75-meter from its Admiral Yachts brand. The internal engineering and design teams created her to address global interest in 246-foot-plus superyachts.
In deciding what to offer the marketplace, the teams landed on a few often-requested features. Firstly, the ADM 75m yacht will have diesel-electric propulsion. Although The Italian Sea Group has not revealed what the cruising or top speeds are, naturally she’ll have transatlantic capabilities. The engineering package overall is a proven platform as well.
Secondly, the ADM 75m yacht reportedly will have more practical spaces surrounding the engine room. It’s due to a different configuration of the engine room—not elaborated upon, though, by the shipyard. Regardless, the surrounding areas likely are guest staterooms and/or crew cabins. Four guest staterooms will be below decks, in fact. Yet another guest stateroom, specifically a VIP, will be on the main deck. Two master suites will be aboard, too, one occupying the upper owners’ deck.
Finally, since owners and guests still enjoy beach clubs, the ADM 75m yacht will have one leading directly out to a pool. Four fold-down balconies will complement the beach club as well. Conveniently, the guests whose staterooms are below decks will be able to walk down the hall to enter the beach club—no need to head outside.
The news comes on the heels of the delivery of the Admiral yacht Jas, which debuted at the just-concluded Monaco Yacht Show. With an LOA of 220 feet (67 meters), she bears a dramatically sculpted profile and two-deck-high glass to each side (below). Further debuting at the show and recently seeing delivery: the Admiral yacht Platinum, a 256-footer (78-meter). She’s the largest of the brand’s projects to date, additionally featuring six decks.
