Lazzara UHV 100 Yacht Nearly Ready—and Available

By the late summer, you could be the owner of the first Lazzara UHV 100 yacht, whose volume exceeds similar-LOA superyachts. What’s more, her usable interior and alfresco space is pretty healthy, too.

At 225 gross tons, the Lazzara UHV yacht fulfills the promise of her series name. “UHV” stands for Ultra High Volume, and 225 gross tons is certainly higher than usual. Interestingly, it’s also higher than some builders’ volume-forward models.

Similarly, thanks to her long decks and nearly plumb bow, your relaxation and entertainment options should be more versatile and comfortable. Within the 100-foot (30.5-meter) LOA, you get 1,345 square feet (125 square meters) of alfresco space. Three zones alone occupy the elevated foredeck, for example: a seating area with cocktail tables, a sunning/observation settee, and a pool. Aft on the same level, alfresco dining, more built-in seating, and loose lounges are all possible.

Between full-height windows and 2,800 square feet (260 square meters) of interior space, the Lazzara UHV 100 yacht continues treating you and guests well. Naturally, the master suite is forward on the main deck, while your friends and family have staterooms below. Lazzara Yachts’ own interiors department has combined rich woods and soft neutrals to set the mood amid the decks. Speaking of setting the mood, a bar at the aft-deck entry is quite the way to welcome guests. Another bar can go in the full-beam (24 feet/7.4 meters) skylounge.

With a composite displacement hull and six-foot (1.83-meter) draft, the first Lazzara UHV 100 should top out at 16 knots. Cruising speed should be 12 knots with the standard 800-hp Volvo Penta powerplants as well.

All that’s left to do is visit the shipyard in Turkey to see the megayacht yourself, which a crew of five can run. The asking price is €14.5 million (about $15.1 million at press time), and she’s a joint listing of Fraser Yachts and Northrop & Johnson. A lifetime hull warranty is included.
