Following the launch of her sistership, the yacht Fantasy, the yacht Amante officially became the fifth motoryacht in Perini Navi’s history to touch the water.
Although few details are currently available, the 190-footer (58-meter) is for a client of Camper & Nicholsons. The company has represented the owner since the contract signing, additionally serving as the project manager during construction. Since she’s a sistership to Fantasy, naval architecture and styling is by Philippe Briand’s Vitruvius Yachts company. The look is long and lean, and not just for aesthetics. All Vitruvius Yachts hulls are streamlined for fuel efficiency, too. In fact, this has been the case since the very first Vitruvius motoryacht, Exuma (now Falco Moscato), came to realization more than a decade ago. Briand leverages his extensive experience with sailing yachts to enhance the motoryachts’ efficiency. Other than being capable of crossing the Atlantic, specifics about Amante’s anticipated performance aren’t yet available.
Among the amenities the owner of the yacht Amante wanted are accommodations for 12. The owner chose UK-based Addison Nelson Design to execute bold yet classy décor elements. Boldness comes through the use of strong architectural features, for instance, along with rich textures. The color palette, meanwhile, lends a polished edge, complementing the superyacht’s sleek profile.
These looks extend throughout the four decks, including in a cinema. Other areas aboard that the owner and guests should make strong use of include the beach club. Notably, it has hydraulically opening side windows. It further contains several wellness areas. Specifically, a sauna and a steam room, along with a gym. A bar and lounge are directly inside from the swim platform as well. Between taking dips in the sea and in the counter-current pool on the main deck, there’s more to enjoy, too.
Bearing a beam of 32 feet (almost 10 meters), Amante is still undergoing outfitting for several more weeks.
