Since signing a contract a few months ago for the first Sunseeker 134 Superyacht, the owner and the shipyard’s team have been refining the features. In fact, “our focus has been to elevate every aspect of the design visually, technically, and experientially,” says Ewen Foster, the shipyard’s chief technical officer.

Created to bring the British builder further into the superyacht market, the semi-custom model still bears sharp, contemporary lines. Sunseeker’s in-house design department chose to chisel some areas a bit more, lending her a stronger styling language. The superstructure lines are longer, for instance. The forward windows are now at a reverse angle, too, while the reflectiveness of the hull window graphics are different as well.

Additionally, alfresco areas for the 135-footer (40.5-meter) have undergone modifications. More arrangements are available for the flying bridge, upper deck, and main aft deck. Up on the flying bridge, for example, the hardtop can be longer for more shade. A hot tub, always a popular choice, and an extra helm station are still possible aft and forward, respectively. The beach area, meanwhile, including the lounge nestled into the transom, is also much longer.

Making the megayacht appealing to Sunseeker buyers stepping up in size, the interior of the Sunseeker 134 Superyacht is a blank slate. Woods, finishes, stones, and more are entirely up to buyers to select. Design Unlimited, the well-known studio, has a few suggestions for customers to start a conversation, of course. Owners have a main-deck suite for themselves, plus five staterooms for family and friends below. This represents one extra stateroom compared to the original concept.

The owner should take delivery next year and can expect a top speed around 20 knots.
