The seventh hull in Mondo Marine’s M54 megayacht series is being offered with a shorter delivery time and a different interior design than her sisterships.
The aluminum superstructure, steel hull, and engine room for the 177-foot (54-meter) megayacht, with a 34’8” (10.6-meter) beam, are already completed. That should permit delivery within 16 months of contract. Some customization is still available for the exterior, which bears naval architecture by the shipyard’s in-house department and styling by Luca Dini Design.
The six previous deliveries in Mondo Marine’s M54 series have also featured Dini’s handiwork for the interior design. This time, however, Luxury Projects Studio, an Italian firm with experience handling styling and decor for yachts as well as private jets, was tapped for the interior. As the renderings for the saloon (above) and master suite (below) reveal, the design house believes in emphasizing the tremendous volume (800-plus gross tons) of the megayacht. Free-standing furnishings are grouped to create intimate areas in several rooms yet avoid making the remaining open sections overwhelm them. Luxury Projects Studio also selected a combination of burl woods and backlist alabaster to be used in the saloon, six staterooms, skylounge, and more. Note that variations on the general arrangement are available, with a gym, a large galley, and a tender garage all depicted in plans if you wish to include them.
Hull number seven of the Mondo Marine M54 series, which should see a 15-knot cruise given twin 2,682-Caterpillars, is being offered jointly by SuperYachts London and Denison Yacht Sales (the latter further being Mondo Marine’s U.S. representatives). The yacht further has a 10’5” (3.2-meter) draft and an anticipated 4,000-nautical-mile range at 12 knots.
