Set to be one of the fastest megayachts of her size on the water, the ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO is entering the next major stage of construction. The hull has moved into the outfitting shed at the Italian shipyard. Soon, she gets united with her glass- and carbon fiber superstructure. It’s all in advance of the anticipated completion and handover in August.
Named for her LOA in feet and her pledged performance, this new model from ISA Yachts should see a blistering 50 knots with her trip 2,000-hp MAN engine package. The whole idea behind the megayacht, and the rest of the Super Sportivo series, is to deliver the style and speed typical of open boats. ISA Yachts announced the megayacht project last summer. The series additionally includes a 121 and a 141.
Marco Casali – Too Design is ensuring the ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO lives up to these goals. The studio and the shipyard have added comfort-oriented amenities owners and guests expect, too. For instance, the glass panels in the hardtop actually open. Even with them open, though, the megayacht still protects those of you sitting aft. This is because plenty of structure keeps big breezes at bay. Speaking of open, alfresco areas both fore and aft give you and your guests choices for enjoying swift speeds or peaceful anchorages.
Inside the Super Sportivo 100 GTO, you get a choice among three, four, or five staterooms. Two crew cabins, meanwhile, are standard regardless of guest cabin total. The shipyard still isn’t revealing what this first hull will feature for guest cabins, though. But, the full interior, including the crew space, is open to your choice of woods, fabrics, and more.
While delivery is set for August, you can see the ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
