Although there are abundant new-build megayachts making Cannes Yachting Festival premieres, dozens of brokerage yachts will be at the show, too. We sorted through the extensive list to find ones with the most compelling stories. Notably, we discovered a four-decade-old, pedigreed motoryacht. We also found a super-capable, super-compact explorer. Learn more about them, along with others, below.
Attitude, by Baglietto
The yacht Attitude is the first hull in Baglietto’s DOM 133 series, from 2022. Baglietto developed the semi-custom series to promote more family-oriented cruising, in voluminous spaces. Attitude’s range of 7,500 nautical miles promises plenty of cruising opportunities. Her indoor-outdoor saloon and open-air beach club are just two of her stand-out amenities. Baglietto is exhibiting the yacht in its display.
Bluemar II by Feadship
Exhibiting in Northrop & Johnson’s brokerage yachts display, meanwhile, is this classic 126-footer (38.5-meter). The yacht Bluemar II dates to 1978. Believe it or not, her original owners have been enjoying her ever since then, keeping her in excellent condition, too. On a related note, Bluemar II is part of the well-known Feadship Heritage Fleet of classic cruisers. Your party of 10 can travel coastlines and turn heads in timeless style.
Fox, by Pendennis
Interestingly, the yacht Fox is a brand-new yacht, which Pendennis delivered a few months ago. But, she’s for sale via Burgess, so she joins some of the other craft in its display. Don’t be fooled by her LOA of 115 feet (35 meters). This is a “small” but mighty explorer whose owner commissioned her to inspire a new breed of adventure travelers. The name Fox echoes this, in honor of Robert Were Fox the Younger. This 19th-century scientist invented a compass that later enabled discovering the South Pole.
Kasif, by Bilgin Yachts
A 2023 delivery, the yacht Kasif boasts a surprising amount of alfresco areas for a megayacht of 137 feet (42 meters). They range from big lounges for a party of 10 to cozy, one- to two-person nooks. Furthermore, she has surprisingly long range, specifically 5,000 nautical miles. Kasif’s modern décor keeps the mood subdued inside. Check her out in the Fraser Yachts display.
